A penile tension ring, also called an ED ring or constriction ring, is a soft band worn at the base of the penis that slows blood from leaving, so an erection stays firmer for longer. FirmTech rings loop around the base of the penis and behind the testicles, which spreads pressure evenly. They are drug-free, need no prescription, and work only while worn.
